In a world increasingly fascinated by the supernatural, the line between harmless entertainment and spiritual danger can often feel blurred. From casual horoscope checks and tarot cards to television shows centering on mediums and witchcraft, society frequently normalizes practices that the Bible addresses with absolute clarity.

When we look at Deuteronomy 18:9-11, God issues a stark, uncompromising boundary line for His people regarding the “detestable ways” of the surrounding nations. As believers today, understanding this boundary is essential for guarding our hearts and staying anchored in the Holy Spirit.
