(KJV) Leviticus 18:6

 None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am the Lord.

Leviticus 18:6 establishes uncompromising boundaries for human sexuality by commanding believers not to approach close relatives for sexual relations. The Hebrew phrase literally meaning “to uncover the nakedness of” encompasses all forms of ungodly and impure intimacy outside of lawful marriage, making such transgressions a serious offense against God’s law. 

Closing Prayer

Heavenly Father, You are holy, and You call us to live lives of purity and devotion. We thank You for the boundaries You have established in Your Word, knowing they are given out of love to protect us and guide us into true flourishing. Forgive us for the ways our culture and our own hearts are tempted to compromise on Your standards of righteousness. Give us the strength and wisdom to honor You with our bodies and our minds, helping us to see intimacy through the lens of Your sacred design. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
